Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed fresh or frozen Strawberry
  • 2 cups Raspberry
  • 2 slices Pineapple chunks
  • Strawberry,raspberry ,kiwi to decorate
  • 1 tsp Goji berries,topping
  • 1 tsp Chia seed,topping

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberry ,raspberry ,and the pineapple into the blender.

  2. Blend on high 2 minutes or until smooth.Scrap down sides and blend for 30 seconds.

  3. Serve ,add your favourite fruit to decorate or some seeds.Enjoy.
