I recently made this healthy ,sugar free and dairy free breakfast with papaya ,macadamia and coconut yoghurt.This is a perfect exotic fruit combination,it taste so good,it’s light,refreshing and great to start the day.I used Coyo coconut yoghurt this is a dairy free coconut milk yoghurt,to which i added some vanilla beans,and i squeeze a lime to give some panache to  it.There are no added sweeteners ,all natural.This is one of my favourite breakfast.Papaya have great health benefits :

  • Helps in weight loss
  • contain High level of enzymes

There are so much benefits in papaya so make sure you add papaya in your diet at least twice a week.

Papaya & Macadamia and coconut yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 2 small Papaya
  • 2 cups (560g) Dairy-free coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup (70g) Roasted Macadamia halves
  • 2/3 cup (30g) Coconut flakes,toasted
  • 1 tbsp Grated lime
  • 2 limes Cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Cut papaya in half lengthways:scoop out the seeds.

  2. Spoon yoghurt into papaya hollow;sprinkle with macadamias,coconut and rind.

  3. Serve immediately.Enjoy.
