Papaya & macadamia with coconut yoghurt
I recently made this healthy ,sugar free and dairy free breakfast with papaya ,macadamia and coconut yoghurt.This is a perfect exotic fruit combination,it taste so good,it’s light,refreshing and great to start the day.I used Coyo coconut yoghurt this is a dairy free coconut milk yoghurt,to which i added some vanilla beans,and i squeeze a lime to give some panache to it.There are no added sweeteners ,all natural.This is one of my favourite breakfast.Papaya have great health benefits :

Papaya & Macadamia and coconut yoghurt
- 2 small Papaya
- 2 cups (560g) Dairy-free coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup (70g) Roasted Macadamia halves
- 2/3 cup (30g) Coconut flakes,toasted
- 1 tbsp Grated lime
- 2 limes Cut into wedges
Cut papaya in half lengthways:scoop out the seeds.
Spoon yoghurt into papaya hollow;sprinkle with macadamias,coconut and rind.
