My favourite meal of the day is breakfast and at the moment I am so in love with this smoothie bowl,they provide you with all the nutrients that you need for start your day.Gorgeous ,and colourful,tasty and healthy ,smoothie bowl are so much more then healthy food bowl but it also brings you awareness to your morning as :

Yes,smoothie bowl is not something that you grab and eat on the run.

So today or tomorrow morning,have some time for you in the morning.Get your favourite fruits ,vegetables and seeds ready and get creative.So today I choose to introduce you to my Apricot and Mango smoothie bowl.

Apricot and mango smoothie bowl

Energy boost breakfast.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango,frozen keep some for the topping
  • 2 apricot,sliced Keep few slices for the topping
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio
  • 8 raspberry

Instructions

  1. Place the mango and apricot in a blender and blend on high until smooth and thick.

  2. Serve in a bowl and top with toppings.
